Food
Excellent food will be available on site prepared by Lee, the excellent chef and co-owner of Ye Olde Commons (not to be confused with Lee, the Consul of Order for Nexus Faire).
There will be four meals served, dinner Friday, brunch Saturday at 11 AM, dinner Saturday at 7:00 PM, and brunch Sunday at noon.
Meal prices are as follows:
| Meal | Cost |
| All Four | $30 |
| Friday and Saturday Only | $23 |
| Friday Dinner | $8 |
| Saturday Brunch | $8 |
| Saturday Dinner | $12 |
| Sunday Brunch | $6 |
The exact menu will be posted here when we know it.
If you are planning to eat Faire meals, it would be very helpful if you let us know so that we can let the fine people at Ye Olde Commons know how much to prepare.
You can do this by going to Eventbee and signing up for meals when you pre-register. You can pay when you arrive at the event, so you will not be charged when you reserve, but it is very useful for us to have the information of how many people are coming.

Accomodations
There are three options for accommodations at Nexus Faire: camping, cabins, and motels.
Camping
Ye Olde Commons boasts 40 acres of land, about 6 acres of which are open fields which will be the main camping area. Camping stakes will be allocated on a first come, first claimed basis. Campers are requested to use a reasonable amount of space. If your camp site will be exceptionally large for some reason, please speak to Operations before setting up.
There are two fire pits, but people are not allowed to create their own fire pits in the fields or in the woods. You may bring your own grills, but they must be inspected by Operations before fires may be lit for safety reasons.
Cabins
The site has a limited number of cabins with cots. Each cabin contains between four and ten cots. First priority for cots is going to staff, performers, vendors, and workshop leaders. If you are staying in a cabin, be aware that the cots do not come with any bedding. It is a bare mattress on a frame. You are responsible to bring your own pillow and sheets.
Motels
For those who would rather not camp out, there are a number of great motels in the area.
